Not interested in hormonal birth control options. Wondering if there are any herbal or natural remedies that can help. Periods last nine days, and while not unhealthy, it is very annoying.
No, there are no medical problems. It is not abnormal for some women to have periods lasting nine days. Hormonal birth control is the doctor recommended solution, but I am not willing to do that.
Got MUCH better answers in the Alternative Medicine section, but hey, thanks for trying.
